我將兩晚同類的菜式放在一起,方便大家比較。
有些食物我也不知道是甚麼,但每一晚也有鮑魚仔、帶子、元貝及牛肉等食物,雖然每種份量不多,但全部幹掉的話也已令人飽得不想動!這兩餐是我近年在日本一泊兩食中最好的了!

第一晚主菜為飛驒牛SabuSabu,肉質非常滑溜,入口即溶。第二晚為飛驒牛鐵板燒,牛肉有濃濃肉味但頗韌,要花很大氣力咀嚼!

好精彩的煎帶子配鮮魚子,帶子很鮮甜,鮮魚子一點鯹味也沒有。第二晚是煎魚配銀魚絲,魚皮煎得很香脆,銀魚絲也炸得很鬆脆,很美味!兩道菜是剛剛做好便上桌的,所以食時還熱騰騰,真要為此而加分!

水明館的伙食也不錯啊,呢個價錢都算可以了.

回覆刪除不管是飛驒牛還是其他和牛,我覺得簡單的涮牛肉已經非常好。如果用煎,脂肪略少的話,可能很有「嚼勁」呢。
今次我都無餐餐影!
